Where do you ship?
Australia-wide only. Our small business isn't able to ship internationally at this point in time, sorry!
When will I get my order?
All orders* will be posted within 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with Aus Post tracking.
Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days for domestic destinations. Express post is not available, sorry!
*excludes preorder items. All preorder turn around times are stated in the individual product listings.
Where are your products manufactured?
We are proud to say most of our products are made locally by other small businesses! We like to support these wonderful businesses as much as we can.
A few of our products are made offshore. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value!
Do you wholesale?
Yes! Some of our products are available for wholesale, within Australia only. Please email timetoteach.au@gmail.com to request our wholesale catalogue.
Can I get a tax invoice for my order?
Yes! Simply leave a note at checkout, requesting one and we'll email you a customised invoice upon shipment.
What's your return policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email and we will be happy to arrange a full refund once your original order has been returned to us.
